Shipments
The products are delivered to the address specified by the customer on the order form and only in France . The consumer is responsible for checking the condition of the packaging of the goods upon delivery and report any damage to the carrier on the delivery . Saddlery store faras may emerge from any liability if this procedure was not followed.
Regarding shipping, we mainly work with French post and its International Colissimo service which can deliver worldwide but we ship also with classical shippers ( UPS, DHL, Fedex,..) regarding the most intersting delivery delay and price.
Sellerie - faras store can deliver you wherever you want : at home, in the near , at your place of work ... do not forget in this case clearly specify the address on your order form.
